Personality: (In a paragraph of at least 3-5 sentences describe your character's personality. This doesn't have to be right-on, since you haven't yet role-played as that character, but how would you like to first portray him/her. Alternatively, you can list 5 positive traits, and 3 negative traits.)

Physical Information

Height: (How tall or short is your character in feet & inches?)

Weight: (This is optional. How much does your character weigh in pounds?)

Eye color: (What are the colors of your character's eyes?)

Hair color: (What is the color of your character's hair?)

Scars: (Does your character have scars? If not simply type "N/A" and if so, go into detail. Where is the scar(s) and perhaps a little history behind the scar(s).)

Distinct traits: (Does your character have any other physical traits not mentioned above? If so, please inform us here.)

General appearance: (You can either describe your character's general appearance in a paragraph of at least 3-5 sentences, or you can send us an image from the web of how your character appears. Keep in mind that no one is to use the same appearance as another member in the forum.)


Skills:

(there are 48 different skills to choose from, pick the one you think your character will use the most. Make sure to include the Skill bonus of your character's Race. Example: Swimming: 30/100 (so many/out total amount of points) you can have as many skills as you like as long as you don't exceed the total skill points for your character.)

Relationships

Family: (Does your character have any notable family members who really played a role in his/her life? If so, then share with us their first and last name (middle name is optional), inform us whether or not that loved one is still alive or deceased and give us a basic description of your character's relationship with that person.)

Friends: (Does your character have any notable friends who really played a role in his/her life? If so, then share with us their first and last name (middle name is optional), inform us whether or not that friend is still alive or deceased and give us a basic description of your character's relationship with that person.)

Pets/Mounts: (Does your character have a notable pet or mount? If so please describe that pet/mount physically or send an image. Also, include some background information and a name for this pet/mount. Please inform us of that pet/mount's breed, height and any useful physical traits it may or may not have. Please don't go overboard. No one will be starting with a dragon for example.)

Affiliation: (Is your character currently a part of one of the forum's guilds? If so, which guild is he/she a part of. You can only be a part of one guild at any given time.)

Rank: (If your character is a part of a guild, what is his/her rank within that guild? If you're looking for a leadership role within the forum, please request that position from an Administrator first before going ahead and simply applying for it. An RP-sample will be expected.)

Gadget(s)

(Does your character have any gadgets at his/her disposal? Perhaps he/she is a skilled thief or assassin and uses a grappling hook to get over walls. If he/she does have gadget(s) at their disposal what kind of gadget is it, and describe how he/she uses the gadget. DO NOT go overboard with gadget(s). Feel free to send us an image, or describe what it looks like.)

Accessories

(Does your character have any accessories he/she holds onto? Perhaps a ring with sentimental value, or a locket with reminders of home inside. If he/she does have an accessory or two, what kind of accessory is it, does it have a name? Feel free to send us an image, or describe what it looks like.)

Armor/Special clothing

(Does your character have a suit of armor he/she wears, or that they received as a member of their faction? Perhaps he/she wears some special clothing? If so, describe what this armor/special clothing looks like or send us an image from the web. Not every character has to start with armor, though it is advised so long as the Staff don't have a problem with it.)

Alchemy

NOTE: Make sure you're aware of the Character Creation Guidelines regarding Alchemy (WIP), so that you may have a better idea if your character ought to start with potions/poisons, how many and at what levels!

Range: (In feet or meters, how far is this effects range? If it's an area-of-effect potion/poison, what is its radius? If it is a self-inflicted potion/poison, just type Self.)
Class: (Is this potion/poison level 1-3, 4-6, 7-9 or 10? Keep in mind that depending on one's role/rank within the forum, they may start with more potions/poisons of one level over another.)
Reagents: (How many ingredients did your character need to use to create this potion, and what are the names of those ingredients? Feel free to be creative or you are welcome to use real-world flora and otherwise.)
Quantity: (How many of these potions/poisons is your character able to hold onto and utilize within an in-character thread? The standard is 2, if you're hoping for more, please contact an Administrator of the forum about it.)
Cooldowns/Post-count Duration/Drawbacks/Side-effects: (Higher level potions/poisons won't get approved unless they have equally high drawbacks. What is the negative of this potion/poison, if there is one? And if not, how long does it last in a thread, or what are its side-effects?)

Inborn Ability Information

NOTE: Members are restricted from starting with an inborn ability!! In order to have an inborn ability you have to earn it through hard-work and dedication to the forum. However, the Staff is willing to make an exception if the majority of the Staff approve of a members request to have an inborn ability at the start.

Biography & RP-Sample

Birthplace: (Where was your character born? In which region or town/city/village?

Biography: (What is your character's life story up until the current point in the forum? The character biography has to be a minimum of 5-8 sentences. Please attempt to do a good job with the biography, and feel free to involve places within the forum as well as potential creatures or factions. The point of the biography is to create an origin for your character, and to prove to the Staff that you can really get involved with the forum.)

Role-Playing Sample: (The Role-Playing Sample is meant to give the Staff of the forum an idea as to your experienced with role-playing, as well as whether or not the rank/role you've chosen is recommended to be the one your character should start out as. Don't get too stressed over the Role-Playing Sample, respect is one of our key rules here and we encourage you to give us a sample of your role-play the best to your ability.)
